How can I find help and support?

There are many places that can help you.

Going to support groups with other women who have breast cancer can be a way for you to—

talk about your feelings, your fears, and the changes in your life;

hear what has happened to other women and learn from them;

spend time with women who understand what you’re going through;

help other women and let them help you; and

learn about other kinds of help in your area.

Talk with your doctor or call the American Cancer Society at 800-227-2345 to find out about support groups in your area.
